STORAGE FAQs

  • When can I move in?

    If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime during normal access hours.

  • How much notice needs to be given before I move out?

    We require a 10 day notice before you move out.

  • What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?

    We require a government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport).

  • Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

    No, we rent on a month-to-month basis unless the customer requests otherwise.

  • Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?

    No. At the time of signing you will be given your own security pass code that will allow you property access during posted access hours, i.e. 7am – 9pm 7 days a week/365 days a year.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    Checks, money orders, American Express, Visa and Mastercard. Cash payment in person only.

  • Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?

    Yes. We sell various moving supplies in our office.

  • How do I know how much storage space I will need?

    You can either use our Space Calculator on our website or call our manager for assistance.

  • Can I just stop by to view the facility and storage spaces or do I need an appointment?

    Stop by anytime between our office hours; 9am-6pm Monday - Friday and 9am-4pm Saturday, for a complimentary tour of our facility. Please call ahead and let us know what time is convenient for you so that we can schedule that time.

  • Do I need to bring my own lock?

    We encourage tenants to bring their own locks at time of move-in; however we also have locks available for purchase.

  • Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

    Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
